As a note I feel I must add that my relationships & dealings with CAS Ltd have always been very positive, professional & with us all working hard to provide value for money, performance & delivery as our primary KPIs.

We worked with CAS at a time when we had a backlog of items for repair which was causing us operational inefficiencies and extra cost.

We set out a list of requirements of which all were met and surpassed.

The account manager we were assigned  got things moving when we hit process challenges and we set clear actions between weekly governance sessions.

After a few months of the process in flow we felt bi-monthly governance sessions were enough as we had clear channels for communication and the process design between CAS and our organisation
became seamless. We set our expectations of SLA’s and they were met.

We now have a constant flow of refurbished products that adds value to our portfolio of products and gives our engineers confidence that refurbishment works effectively. We save thousands of pounds each year through CAS rather than replacing products as new.

As part of the Current Manufacturing Engineering team, I’d like to take the opportunity to extend our thanks to CAS Tooling for all of the support and engagement with our recent Single Line Amalgamation project. The task was not an easy one to undertake, but the level of support and guidance from your personnel excelled expectation and helped deliver a project whose success is recognised at all levels of the business. From installation to production support, I am very happy with the level of service that has been provided. It has been great to work alongside CAS.
